Tested on W100S. If you found others copter that can work on WK-REMOTE but this App, or this App does not work on your Android phone. Please contact us before rate us.

Q: My home wifi is very good but I can not control my W100S?

If you would like to control the W100S, please disconnect your home wifi, turn on W100s and connect to W100s own wifi.

Q: I got message “Network disabled because Internet connection is slow” on WK Wifi and cannot connect to my W100S.

try unticking auto network switch option in wifi settings
