Appercise is an app that keeps you fit. It does this through the process of keeping up with your daily activity, starting with the first edition of keeping up with your walking, and in the very near future it will also help with other small short frequent exercises for the body and brain!

Thanks to my wife Erin Luper for the ideal a couple years back, and James Montemagno and Michael James for helping me get an app out there via there willingness to share their samples, I can not wait to see how Appercise grows, this is just one part of it, the rest will be in an update!
