The Abused Emojis makes it possible for kids and young people to talk about situations where they felt bad or wrongly treated without having to put words on the situation. If you or somebody you know have been hurt, mistreated or feel sad, Abused Emojis makes it easier to talk about.You have to allow ”full access” in order to use the app. This is a technical requirement, as the app uses the clipboard in order to copy and paste the emojis into the message. For BRIS anonymity is essential. We do not collect, read or save any data from the app or the users. Every day we have contact with a great number of kids through phone, chat and mail conversation. Many of the problems that children face today are stigmatised and often they have no-one to talk to but us. The Abused Emojis app is part of our work to let children talk more freely about their situation.
